London, UK – June 12th, 2009: EasyRMS is proud to announce the launch of its fully automated Online Training Sessions, which are now available to all EzRMS™ users via a new menu option following login to the system in the usual manner.

These innovative and descriptive lessons cover all aspects of the EzRMS™ Product Suite, as well as the inclusion of general Revenue Management Concepts training upon demand.
As Paprika Le Bourgeois, our London-based Revenue Management Consultant explains, the main objective of these Online Training Sessions is to provide guidance and further training to all EzRMS™ users on how to navigate around the system effectively, and to gain the utmost benefit from the EzRMS™ Product Suite.
The sessions are aimed at new users to the system, at existing users who have only ever attended the first part of onsite training programs, or to anyone who would simply like to refresh their memory with regards to certain aspects of the EzRMS™ features and functionality.
The sessions may also allow users to uncover new areas within EzRMS™ that they have yet to explore, as well as to discover new functionalities that may have been added via seamless upgrades since they first saw the system.
Our fully Automated Online Training is the first step in the discovery of EzRMS™ and can be used to enhance general understanding and knowledge of both the system and Revenue Management Concepts. However, the EasyRMS team remain fully available to assist anyone requiring more in-depth and personalised training on the enhanced use of the system at any time.
