User Group 2005 - Summary of Events
Held at the magical Lucien Barrière Hotel Gray d’Albion in Cannes, French Riviera, with more than 30 delegates in attendance, the 2005 EzRMS™ User Group was a huge success for all involved. This 2 day event was built around the ongoing challenges faced by all hoteliers today - identifying our customers, knowing how to effectively Segment our business and how to Price and Distribute our inventory accordingly.
Addressing specifically to these three critical challenges, as well as providing the opportunity to share unique experiences with many other international hoteliers and intuitive Revenue driven industry colleagues, attendees were delighted with the format of the Conference and certainly want to see this event held again by EasyRMS in 2006:
“The EzRMS™ User Group was a great environment to discuss with peers in the industry such topics as the future of Segmentation, Distribution and Pricing. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the opinions of other people and the approaches of other companies to issues which we all deal with every day. The days were long and consisted of presentations both by EasyRMS and existing Users presenting their own perspectives on certain subject matters - but as the sun set over the Mediterranean intense discussions inevitably spilled over to the dinner tables as delegates did their best to 'set the world to rights' and to form action plans and future goals for their properties. Much was achieved during these extended sessions but is wasn't all hard work - fun was had as the evenings progressed and the delegates began to relax...
We at EasyRMS were delighted by the attendance to this 2005 event and are looking forward to organising another, equally productive conference in 2006 ... for those of you that joined us this year, many thanks for your participation and input to make this such an enjoyable and productive occasion - for those of you that missed the opportunity, we very much look forward to welcoming you to the EzRMS™ User Group Conference next year.
